The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. However, the upfront payment requirement and distant location can be inconvenient.

I also enjoyed the afternoon tea and happy hour at the bar on the 10th and 14th floors. However, the room, especially the bathroom, was in desperate need of a renovation, and the smoking room was not a good choice.
